Pet Policy
Wildgrass is a pet-friendly community and have a few policies in place to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for everyone.
- $400 per pet (non-refundable)
- $25 per pet per month
- Up to 2 pets per apartment home
- Dogs, cats, fish, and birds are permitted. Exotic animals are not allowed.
- No age or weight restrictions
- Any animal causing excessive noise disturbance cannot remain in the community.
- Fish tanks over 50 gallons require renter’s insurance with a rider covering damage from leaks or spills

Breed Restrictions
Any dogs of the following breeds or a mix of the following breeds will not be allowed at this community. This includes, but is not limited to "visiting" and/or "babysitting."
- Chow-chow
- Doberman Pinscher
- Pit Bull Terrier
- American Stafford Terrier
- Rottweiler
- Akita
- Bull Mastiff
- American Bulldog
- Mixed breed with agressive tendencies
